Preparation Checklist:

✅ Access to Water & Power – We’ll need access to a tap and a plug socket nearby.

✅ Space Around the Vehicle – Please park in a spot where we can access all sides of your vehicle and fully open all doors.

✅ Remove Personal Items – To ensure the best clean, please remove any belongings from your car. DW Valet cannot accept liability for loss or damage to personal items left inside.

Previous protection - if any recent protective treatments have been applied to your vehicle or if it has been ceramic coated, please let us know

✅ Photos & Videos – We’ll take images/videos before, during, and after the valet for damage inspection and social media. Don’t worry—number plates and any identifying details will be blurred before posting.

✅ What Goes in the Hoover, Stays in the Hoover – Any items accidentally hoovered up will be considered gone for good, so please double-check for valuables!

✅ Roof Boxes / Roof Tents - To enable us to be able to reach every part of your vehicle, Please ensure that all items are removed from roof racks prior to our arrival 

 

On the Day:

Our team will arrive at your scheduled time, ready to work our magic.

If you have any special requests or concerns, feel free to let us know in advance.

If weather conditions make it impossible to complete your valet, we’ll be in touch to reschedule.

Please ensure all sun roofs, convertible roofs and windows are closed! DW Valet except no responsibility for water ingress unless opened by a member of DW Valet staff


 

Payment

We accept payment by cash, bank transfer or Card (VISA / Mastercard) / Applepay / Googlepay (subject to a £1.99 card transaction fee)

 

If you require an invoice, please let us know

 

Excess dirt / pet hair 

We reserve the right to charge extra for any excessive embedded dirt, pet hair, mould, or other contaminants. If unsure about your vehicles condition, please send us photos and we can discuss prior to arrival. 

 

Any further charges will be discussed with you prior to work commencing

 

 

Cancellation Policy 

 

At DW Valet, we understand that schedules can change. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all our customers, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

More than 24 Hours Notice – Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur any charges.

Less than 24 Hours Notice – Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed service cost.

Same-Day (after midnight) Cancellations & No-Shows – If you cancel on the day of the appointment or fail to be present at the agreed location, the full service fee may be charged.

 

Bad Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

If adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances prevent us from carrying out the service, we will work with you to reschedule at the earliest convenience without any penalty.
